When I login to the public mobile app. It sends a text message of the verification code to the number I originally got when I signed up for public, not to the number I port d over.
Problem 2. I signed up for the 24$ pay for 2 months and get the third month free. I checked my bill and they have billed me for all 3 months. February March and April. 24$ for each month.

@mommy_li For the first issue, log in and go to your Eversafe profile and change the phone number to the correct one. For the second I thought someone mentioned the third month charge would not stick or may be credited. You can confirm with customer service using the chat icon bottom right of this page.
