Billing Dispute – Service Not Working Since Activation

Hello,

I am requesting a review of my account and a refund for the charges that have been billed to me.

I subscribed to a Public Mobile plan around December 2025 (I do not recall the exact plan details). Since activating the service, I have been charged approximately $33.90 per month. However, the SIM card never worked from the day I received it, and I was unable to use the service at all.

I made multiple attempts to contact support over the following months to resolve the issue, but the problem remained unresolved. As a result, I continued to be charged for a service that I could not use.

Due to the ongoing lack of service, I have now cancelled my subscription. I respectfully request that Public Mobile review my account history, verify that the service was not functioning, and refund the payments that were collected while the service was unusable.

Please let me know if you require any additional information to investigate this matter. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding my refund request.

Have you contacted customer service agent? (ie. PM employee)Any issues with billing and service needs to go through CSA.
