Hello I joined on the 16th of August and I was billed on the 16th for my 30 day plan and billed again for the same amount.

This is a recurring problem with a lot of us here. Personally, I lost some aspects of my service (texting) and my account was suspended until I repaid the cost for 3 months (even though I already paid at the start). You should email the Mods in a private message with your email, phone number, and SIM card number explaining the situation. Hopefully they will resolve our issues soon because this is entirely a problem on their end. I would imagine they would give us a refund by putting credit towards the next 3 month payment.
