Not at all. It is one of the independent sellers. This is helpful information. Thank you. Police station it is and hopefully the Public Mobile team can also help

Has been sent. It is the independent operator thaat is scamming her. Unfortunately there is no office to call to sort it out. Hopefully you can help her. She is a senior on assistance.

Not sure if you are in Ontario, but If someone is scamming you read this https://www.ontario.ca/page/report-scam-or-fraud you may want to call the police
Unless you mean something more on the lines- you are having a problem with your phone service and you sent a message to the moderator team 6 minutes ago but you have not heard back and feel scammed because you do not have service yet... then please let us know, public mobile does not scam people and we can help you if you tell us the problem.
