I can understand your frustration with this, one way Public Mobile saves us so much money on our bills is not having support by phone. You can only view your bill online in self serve.

PM does not issue billing statement. But PM sends you a reminder text message 3 days before your renewal date.
If you mean by getting statement for tax purpose, you need to create a support ticket to ask moderator to generate your tax receipt.

They do not send out bills. You can view your payment/transaction history in self service for the last 180 days. If you need more than that, you will have to contact a moderator.
