No more monetary rewards!

You will get some points instead you have to convert to $$$ when you collet 15 (for bill) or at least 5 for some add-ons.

that's occurred because as of your latest renewal, PM has removed the Rewards and now we have Points. Once you've accumulated a minimum of 15 points, you gotta log in to your account / Rewards and manually apply the points toward next renewal or buy an add-on or enter one of the many PM contests. Nobody knows who won the last contest in March...PM won't let us know if anyone actually won.

Starting in May, Public mobile is transitioning all legacy rewards customers over to the new points system.  Did you not receive the text or email from Public mobile that was send to all affected customers in March and April?

With the transition, you lost your $2/month autopay and up to $5/month loyalty rewards unfortunately.

It is a mandatory switch, so the migration can not be stopped or reversed.

If you login into your self service account and your rewards section, you should see you referral points and a welcome 5 points.  Once you get 15 points, you can redeem for $15 credit.  Unfortunately, you will be charged plan amounts without the monthly discounts going forward.
