You can download the last 12 months of your transaction history in your self-serve account on your payments page. If you manually pay for your plan amount a day or two before renewal after you get the reminder text you can download and invoice for that payment only at the time that you make the payment. This is much less onerous than asking customer support for an invoice for your services. Going forward you might want to consider this option.
