instead of screenshot from credit card, can you post the screenshot from PM My Account's Payment history?  it will give us more information about the charges.  Post us history from last renewal

And are you in Halifax ? and you joined just last month in Feb?  If so,  maybe you had a $10 friend referral and it brought down the $29 renewal price to $19?

Are you in Alberta?

if the charge was even $22 (exactly $22) , you have a $20 plan in Alberta.  $20+$0.95 E911 + 5% tax

you have to tell us more to help.  What plan you have? when was the last renewal? and what was the exact amount including cents?   Would be even better if you can login My Account, check Payment history page and post us a screenshot of that (remove personal info)

Which plan are you on? When is your next payment date?  Payment dates are every 30 days (not every month) so the actual day of the month does change from month to month. 

You could like are your payment history page to get some more information.
