I signed up yesterday and was told that I will get $10 off for 6months on my $30/mo plan. Now I am being told that the offer expired Mar 4th.
What's the resolution to this?

Maybe someone was telling you wrong information.. Need to watchout Public mobile website to see the timing for the promotion period.

You were one day late for the $10 off for 6 months promo which was expired on Mar 4th.
If a store rep told you that, you should go back to that store to ask for compensation.
As far as PM is concern, your activation does not qualify for the $10 for 6 months.

We indeed had an offer like the one you mentioned, but the last date it was available was on the 4th of March 2019.

Who told you that you would get the credit?
The offer did expire on the 4th.
