Glad to hear you're making changes but.... I ordered a free SIM on may 25th and here we are almost two months later and I haven't gotten anything

Yout SIM card is probably lost. Please send an email to Public Mobile.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "SIM & Activation"
- Choose "Webstore"
- Choose "I have not received my SIM card"
- Choose "Has it been more than 7 days since you ordered it?"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
