I am not receiving texts specifically from bell mobility web messaging. I work in a well service truck and a big part of my job is receiving jobs via text, I had no issue before switching to public. No it's not related to porting a number, I dealt with that issue already. @CS_Agent

I just read that too, that is probably a confusing way of saying bell mobility customers only.

A Google search brings up this for Bell Mobility Web Messaging "Send a text message directly to any Bell Mobility text-enabled phone. Send to. Up to ten 10-digit mobile phone numbers separated by commas". What is a Bell Mobility text-enabled phone?

I wonder if that's for Bell family only. It didn't work me or my voip number.

System text could take 2 to 7 days for it to work. Maybe you just need to wait could days more.

It's this site my office uses to send out job notifications, I would receive it as a text from the number "1234567890"
