Being charged after i moved to koodo

Im sorry for posting here, but public mobile has closed my account. So i can not get in and cancel my service. I moved to koodo 2 months ago and Public mobile is still charging me for this service. Again it has closed my account on this web page, yet is still charging me. Can anyone help me please.

@TrevorJa    Submit a ticket to customer support by clicking the chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen or send a private message to CS_Agent via the envelope icon top right and ask for assistance.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
