What happened to loyaly rewards and badges for answering questions and giving bravos? Mine have all been reset to 0 after logging into the new authenticator system.

You can try use private mode of browser and log in community again, check whether it is due to cache!

When I logged in after the two factor update I just typed in a random name and I thought it would work. I will have to message a CSA agent then

Are you 100% certain you're username is identical and hasn't changed?
You could ask the CSA's to associate any incorrect username with the proper past username if it may have changed.
