Bad sim card

Hello, I was wondering if one of the mods could message me, I recieved a sim card which I activated for my dads phone but it says 'no sim card' when I put it in. I have the same phone and it won't detect it either. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Also, when you get the new SIM card you just have to go to My Account -> Plan and Add-ons -> Change SIM card to move your account onto the new SIM.

Your best bet is to order a new sim card online and then message the mods and they will probably refund you for it. Good chances they will not message you without you messaging them first.
