@jordanmadgett , problem is definitely not with the SIM card. Can you compare notes with other Telus/Koodo/Bell/Virgin/Lucky customers in your area? All these brands run off the same towers.

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

turn off device take out SIM card and reinsert back on.
and if still have same issue then reset network and what your plan speed is?

@jordanmadgett what brand and model is your phone?? PM uses 3G for voice service only, it could be a device compatibility issue if you experience the same problem everywhere
