all customers will receive what has been promised privided that they accept the offer... so that is a lot of accounts to be adjusted accordingly,,, computers are not perfect and require a human being behind the desk... Lots of work for them might mean the need of a little patience from us, specially that the holiday bonus is an unexpected free extra not originally included in the package and offered on a voluntary basis for a limites time. But as the french saying goes "tout vient à point à qui sait attendre" 😉

Yes, I am aware, which is why I said it's not been 7 days yet. I am just pointing out that it seems a little inconsistent, that's all.

One-time $0 2GB data add-on and one-time $0 500 minutes International Long Distance calling add-on are available to be added by all new and existing Public Mobile customers during December 1st 2021 9:00AM ET and December 31st 2021 11:59PM ET.
New customers will have add-ons automatically added to their accounts within 1 week of activation.
Existing customers will receive a SMS between December 1-15. Reply to receive add on automatically loaded to account. Free add-ons are one-time only and will fall off account when fully used. Each free add-on will only be added to each customer account once.
International Long Distance calling add-on covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

Eligible customers will receive a monthly SMS confirmation when credit has been applied to the account. Credit will be applied within the first week of each month, starting in January.

Interesting. I also just opened a new account and have not received the promotional Add-Ons. It's not 7 days yet, though, but it has been over 48 hours (4 days, to be exact). PM seems a little inconsistent.

Not sure what "awards" you refer to ?
The Autopay Reward is $2 and is applied at your renewal...as long as you have a valid credit card on file and set up to Autopay.
If you can coax someone to open a Public Mobile account and use your referral code...you'll get a Refer-a-Friend Reward of $1 every time your plan renews...as long as friend account is active.

@GIORGIO1908 , have you received the text message offering the rewards and responded to the offer? Based on feedback from the community, it seems like some accounts were slow to get the rewards. I have had that happen to one of my accounts. That account has received the reward.

According to terms and conditions, up to 7 days. I just opened a new account. The promo add ons were in my new account within 48 hours.
