Available funds not usable.

I have $60 of 'Available Funds' but get a payment error when I try to purchase a $30 AddOn.  What could be the problem?

were you trying that on the browser or app?  please try again using browser with Incognito mode.  Or if you have not tried the app yet, download PM app and try
