Why has my allowable data been reduced from 2.5 to 2?

Clear your browser and login to your account using private mode. Go to the plan and add-ons page in your account and scroll down to the bottom where it says promotional data. Do you see it there?

That's if the extra 500mb of data is promotional. That's where I found my promotional data.

Try to reboot your phone or reseat your sim card.

Try to use the data in another area and see any difference

Try 3G Only and see if you get better speed
