hi @Sharonschultz not sure you aware, PM has moved everyone to Public Points. You are not getting Autopay or Loayalty discounts. You pay in full now and you get 5% I. Public Points. When you collected 15 points , you can redeem for $15 bill credit

Does this affect my reduced fee for autopayment. Why would it fail?

autopay will fail sometimes. In such case, you need to make a manual payment
login again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. See if there is a button Pay and Resume service. Click and pay
