Hi,
I thought there was a $1.00 credit applied to every monthly payment for being in autopay. I haven't seen those credits. Did I have the wrong info on this?
Thanks.

I was trying to find where you might have seen it after signing up. Like a welcome email or something.

Did you get any messages or emails from here mentioning something about an autopay amount when you signed up?

If you activated your SIM after January 25/22, you will be on the Points system which will give you 5% of your month bill in points. Once you have 15 points, you can redeem it for a $15 credit off your bill.
You can also redeem points for add-on and contests.

did you activate your PM account after January 2022 ? If so, you are enrolled in Points rather than old Reward.
Log in to your account and click Rewards to see your history of rewards.

Autopay credit is available to OLD customers (before 2022). New customers do not get this credit.
And it is $2 for every renewal.
