Autopay worked fine for 2 months now no debit went through and account locked. Why did autopay stop

That’s good to know! I would have relied on autopay (set up for $2 off monthly) and ended up in a mess! Thank-you. I’ll make sure to always add funds in plenty of time. I’ve seen enough messups on here so learning from others with issues.

@LmcmurrayIt happens from time to time. It is best to keep a month's balance before the renewal date. It is a quirk of the system.
