Hey @CS_Agent.
I'm trying to reset my Public Mobile Self-Serve account password at the moment so that I can update my Auto-Pay information – the credit card Public Mobile knows about is no longer active. But the account reset email isn't sending!
This is actually a pretty urgent problem that I need a resolution for ASAP, as I'm waiting for a call from a recruiter in the states today.
I'm trying really hard to give you money and I need some help!
