I have been with PM for 3 30 day plan cycles now with autopay set up but have not received the $2 off autopay reward yet.
Help.

As you can see no rewards are being applied and nothing is in the transaction history.
I have contacted the mods so we'll see what happens.

@itsawesome1234If you scroll up higher and if you are not on your day of renewal you should see it.. eg

You should contact Moderator team like Caveman said in above, but before you do that you should also check your account transaction history to see if the $2 was applied but not posted in your rewards page - in case they gave you the credit but it not showing on the rewards page, that's happened to me for the community rewards where my account transactions show I got the rewards but my rewards page doesn't show it.

As you can see below I have autopay active but no rewards have been earned.

Go to self serve. Does it say you have $2 autopay reward. That should go to balance before each renewal. If not, contact moderators using https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
