Autopay not working

Hello,

 

My credit card was not charged for my monthly phone bill yet it’s in good standing and I used it today for purchases at retail locations. Could you tell me what is the problem? It’s been working since I joined and the issue was raised today.

@Uena  Unfortunately Autopay from time to time has issues. Best to go into your selfserve account and try to make a onetime payment to cover your plan renewal that way.

Autopay sometimes fails. It shouldn't. But it can.

Can you dial 611 and make a manual payment using your pre-registered payment card? Or the same in the self-serve?

Your autopay probably failed.

  • Go to the payment tab in self service and select single payment and amount due.
  • Select the reactivate button
  • Restart your phone

 

Autopay sometimes fail. To prevent you from losing service, the recommendation from the PM forum is to make a payment a few days before your renewal date to cover the cost of the plan. The renewal will take the money out of your Available Funds and you can leave your cc on file for the autopay reward.
