Go to your payment history. Do you see your rewards applied to your account?

  1. Do you see your plan amount.....$10.00?
  2. And either your 100 canada wide minutes....$5.00?
  3. Or your included plan data amount.....$15 and up?

If you have enough funds in your balance to cover your plan amount you need to force the system to take your payment or your service will be suspended shortly afte 6 am.

Go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in.  Resume your service. Go back to the overview page and click on reactivate. Does it take you payment? Check the payment history again....now do you see your plan amount and minutes or data amount showing ?

If yes then log out and reboot. Ignore any expired messages in yout account if your services are working afterm  reactiivating your plan..

There is a glitch affecting a few customers appearing to remain in an expired state after renewal despite minute and/or data counters reset and working.

It won't let you add your card or autopay didn't charge?  Is it added but you're thinking it didn't work because of the suspended message?

Is it renwal day and you topped up manually? Test if service works. If service works, you aren't suspended. It says that during the renewals but nothing's wrong.
