I have a registered credit card with auto pay and it has failed to go through twice. There are funds available and the numbers are correct since it went through 90 days ago.
Last time I had to add a different credit card to resolve it but I would rather not do that.
Can anyone resolve this so it doesn't happen again?

If you have no service as result of this, it will be much faster to just make a manual payment than waiting for a mod to help.
Better to get your service back up and running, then get a mod involved to see that it doesn't happen again.
Speaking from experience here as it has now happened to me twice, the most recent being yesterday.

They are currently having some issues with the renewal process. That might be the cause of your failed autopay and renewal. From my personal experience, i have yet to go through a fail renewal process. So, this varies from user to user. But, hopefully they are able to fix the current issues sooner than later.
