Autopay is messed up beyond belief

Hello,

 

My autopay is so messed up, it is charging me for 2 different accounts on my credit card even though I have removed the credit card from the second account(my brothers account) 

 

I would like to get a refund on the autopay for the second billing done to my credit card. Can someone help me out?
