Hi, I forgot to change the credit card I wanted autopay to charge for this billing cycle, and today it charged my old card. I was wondering if it was possible to refund that card, and charge the updated card on my account (it has already been updated to the correct one). Thanks

Clicking on the link in @will13am's post will get you directly to the private message form, with the Moderator_Team as recipient.
Sending the same message more than once (and/or to individual mods) slows the workflow of the team down. All private messages to the moderators are going into the same pool and are answered on a first come first service during office hours.
Provide them with any relevant information so that the mods can work on your problem right away. In my experience the mods are really efficient if we help them help us.
