Hi,
I have a $25/ 30day plan and have been using autopay since having public mobile in September. The $2 autopay reward has not been applied from Oct-Jan (4 months) and I am charged $25.99 on my credit card each month.
I'm assuming the $0.99 is the 911 charge? Is there a way to recoup the autopay rewards I have not received in the past and/or make sure that they are applied going forward?

The autopay reward was received when the tax is factored in. You have likely received it since September. There is no 911 charge with PM.

Have you factored the taxes in your charges ?

Maybe check your payment history.
I have a feeling that you did get autopay, but you do need to pay taxes on top.
Ie. $23 + taxes = 25.99
there is no 911 charge with PM.
