Hi @moslinger
When updating or entering credit card info, make sure to do the following to avoid the common glitches that sometimes occur with this process:

I believe you just recieved the automatic pm text from 611 reminding you that your renewal is coming up. If you already removed your autopay you can also just ignore that message as your renewal will fail.

@Lindacy : It's just the standard pre-renewal "heads-up" text. Why did you cancel it? Didn't you ask about turning it on?

I already cancelled my autopay, but I still received text message said “have already paid, please ignore this message.” Does anyone know why?
thank you!

To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

@moslinger hi there, first you sign into your Self Serve account. Have you registered for one yet? If not, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then, once logged in, go to your Payment TAB, all the details are there.
