My pay method is AutoPay, but I don't see amy reward related to that.

Hi Tania,
I have gotten the same problem, the rewards are not showing on my account since december 2016, and next month is my next autopay.
Please help here.

it works now, just need to remove and add it back in.

AutoPay Reward not showing up under my account even after changing my credit card information.

...it looks like it half-worked...
I successfuly removed and re-added the card.
Now my rewards show $6.(yay!)
But the balance and Funds available sections are still $0.
Should I wait for some time it's syncronized properly?

You may have come across a small glitch, can you try removing your credit card and re-registering it on your account ?
