not sure if l have been set up for auto payments?

I read a post of yours mentioning that if you register for autopay after you activate you will recieve it for your first month. I have a referral who did so a couple hours after activating as there was an issue with his  card at the time of activation. When he asked for the reward he was denied the moderator said it only applied for the first month if it was done during activation. Is this a YMMV situation?

@darlicious  Think you can also tell by calling 611?

You'll see this at bottom of self-serve landing page if you are:

You can check when you log into your account on the overview page. Scroll to down to the bottom right hand side of the page and it will tell you if you are registered for "dynamic autopay".

did you enter your debit card or credit card info into your account when you activated ? You can go into your account to set up Autopay in selfserve.

Payment tab...then Manage my card.
