Auto pay

My auto pay didn't go through yesterday so I manually paid it this morning.  The payment was successful but I still don't have service on my phone.

Hi  @JenniferL1 use Private or Incognito mode to login My Account and confirm if it shows Account Active 

 

if yes   try to reseat sim card with reboot
