Auto pay issues

I've had a card registered for auto pay and it didn't process. I've removed it and replaced it with a visa debit that is slightly in the overdraft ..it won't process either. I've never encountered this issue before..?

Preferred method is to submit a Ticket here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html . Type "Ticket" in SIMon (chatbot) and follow prompts to create and submit a ticket.

@Sledheader1  You may need to wait a full hour and try again incognito or private mode . Or try from the new PM app instead 

you can also go get payment vouchers from 7-11 shell gas station  Canadian tire and load them *611 to resume service and worry about updating credit card info afterwards or ask support to help. You do it
