I have auto pay enabled and it added the funds but it still says my account is gonna deactivate in 20 days??

it looks like you need help from the moderators, but before you messsage them check if your credit card information is there and see if its correct. if not i suggest you to change it asap

Hi, is your phone currently working? if yes dont worry the messages uring the renewal period are confusing. the payment and the plan renewal happen about 6 hours apart.
if your service stops then it is time to contact mods.
