Hi,
My card was debited a charged of 35.76 for period from 24.11.2022 onwards.
I didnt auto recharge. Please check. The number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
I am requesting for a refund.
And please do not charge me again for future.

@lingkk2022 as mentioned, maybe people missed the term.
The current activation portal has that term and you need to check it and agree to complete the activation.

@lingkk2022 Please login to My Account and disable the Pre-Authorized payment
Please note that your account will then be suspended on the next renewal for no payment. 90 more days from that day your account will be permanently closed , unless you make a manual payment to resume service within that 90 days

"Technically" it is not hidden, just many people missed
There is also a check box underneath and you checked it yourself before you proceed

@lingkk2022 when you joined. on Page 4 Payment page where you enter the credit card, there is a term there about that
To avoid more lost, please login My Account and disable Pre-Authorized payment

@lingkk2022 $35.76 is $31 + tax
If you have joined recently, Pre-Authorized payment is enabled by default.
You have to login to your My Account to disable Pre-Authorized payment yourself to stop PM from continue charging it.
Please login My Acocunt, Payment page, Manage Payment Method and toggle the button there
You can also use *611 to disable it , but you will need your 4 digits PIN
