I’m confused… by subscription and suspend
I want to suspend for 80 days and not lose my old subscription with loyalty rewards.
I don’t see auto pay to turn off
last year I removed my credit card
my plan renews Jan 19

Thanks 611 didn’t work because I’m in the US. I thought I had previously read that I would lose my plan if I unsubscribed

if you have the 4 digits account pin, you can simply call *611 and then turn off Autopay
or you can use app or website, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and turn off Autopay there. It is called "Subscribed" on that page

you can toggle Autopay off by going to Payment, Manage Subscription, and toggle of Subscribed
