Thanks for your quick response. Access deny to my self service account. I am troubleshooting , to no avail.

you can do it yourself, just login to My Account, click on Payment tab , then clock Manage my payment method, and you can update your payment info there

We are all customers like yourself here... No PM employees to answer your request.
You can update your CC info by yourself through self-serving account.
If you have issue very first time, try different browser. IF still have issues (and for some reason more and and more people have) contact agent immediately so they can assist you. If you try to update update CC info too many times unsuccessfully you might trigger CC fraud lock.
