Hello,
I am having trouble getting authentication email when signing in to my account. The account associated with my PM account ends with yahoo.ca. When I log into my yahoo, it ends with yahoo.com. Now, I cannot receive the authentication emails for some reason. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I think doesn't matter you use yahoo.com to login , you still get the yahoo.ca mailbox (I have Yahoo.ca, too, so I know)
Did you check your spam box, maybe it is there?
If your service is active, you can change to use SMS to receive the code instead
If you are still unable to login , open ticket with CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
