I have two accounts, one for myself, and one for my child. The issue is, I can't register both accounts under the same email, though it does appear like the functionality exists as the self serve page has a drop down to select the account number.
I was told by the people who set up my accounts that I should post here on the community, as you have more access to the system than they do.

If you have a Gmail account, you can set up an e-mail alias. This makes the address look different but all e-mails get delivered to the same place.

That is probably because PM used that piece from the Telus prepaid self serve website. Telus has a toggle so you can see separate accounts (no sharing involved) under one email address, as you have also noticed on the PM site. It is a Telus linking feature. So I can see my mobile account, my wife’s and our home account.
Just in case you are thinking 🤔........I still have my Telus account that is paid up until August and am keeping it until I see how PM works. So far as good. And a few preventative helpful tips from the community have been put in place too. 😀

@Anassu Each account should be go under one email account. You have to have two email accounts. This is the system restriction.
