I got reward $1.
so, plan cost is $32
but estimated payment is $31(deduct $1).
however it still comes out automatically $32 when I try to pay in the website.
How can I pay $31???

This is normal behaviour in the accounts. Any reward amounts listed on your "Rewards" page will only be converted to available funds upon your regular renewal date (date listed on your rewards page). Any payments you make manually ahead of your renewal date will not take into account these rewards.
My suggestion is to set up autopay if you haven't already, then the billing system will automatically take your rewards into account when it takes the renewal payment as scheduled. Having autopay active will give you another $2 per 30 days reward, or $6 per 90 days.

Hi there,
When you set up AutoPay it gives your account a credit to be used on the next billing cycle. So if you just signed up you would pay the regular price for the first month and from then on AutoPay credits your account for the following month.
