Can anyone help me connect with support on this lame platform? My wife has a plan here that has stopped for some reason...possibly it expired and she likely ignored the notices. Now it's my problem to figure out and solve. Credit card is good, account looks good: Cannot process payment. Any help on what I need to do to jumpstart this thing would be appreciated.

Just login on her account on the PM app and check if her account is Subscribed.

If is it is, check to see if there is an outage in her area.

If no outage and her account is Subscribed then click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent for them to investigate the issue.
