Artfone 4G Volte Unlocked Cell work with Public Mobile Network

I'm looking for the easiest phone for my 89 yr old father, who is not Tech savvy. I saw this phone on Amazon with large buttons & loud volume. I was wondering if it would work with the Public Mobile Network. I'm already a customer and I could get him the $15 service, rather than paying Bell $40 a month for home phone.

@Brulitt

I was searching the Amazon review and I don't see confirmation that it works on Telus network (which PM uses).  Also, the specification does not mentioned which network bands it has, I would avoid

I would be those clamshell phones offered by Bell or Telus to assure best and stable connectivity.  FYI, here are the bands needed:

if that phone supports PM frequencies it should work.

3G = WCDMA = UMTS = HSPA. 4G = LTE

Minimum recommended phone specs:
    3G UMTS/W-CDMA/HSPA: B2 (1900) and B5 (850)
    4G FDD-LTE: B4 and B12
Telus current LTE bands are (in order of band number):

    B2 (1900 MHz or PCS)

    B4/B66 (2100 MHz or 1700 MHz or AWS / AWS-1)

    B5 (850 MHz or CELLULAR / CLR)

        As of March 2021, B5 is no longer available in urban Manitoba (Winnipeg and Brandon)

    B7 (2600 MHz or 2500 MHz or BRS)

    B12/B17 (700 MHz or MBS)

    B13 (700 MHz or MBS)

    B29 (700 MHz or MBS), for downlink only (SCC for CA only)

    B30 (2300 MHz or WCS), for TELUS only (not shared with Bell at this time)

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz (band 5), 1900 MHz (band 2) and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).

3G/HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).

As long as phone supports these frequencies, it should work. Ideally, try PM SIM in that phone to be 100% sure.
