Are public mobile and kodoo relate?

Hello, I am  new with public mobile and I find it very user friendly and cheaper compare to any other company. My boyfriend is with kodoo and I was wondering if there were benefits for him or for the both of us to be with PM?

@Marie555  As others have mentioned both Koodo and Public are owned by Telus and operate as separate companies. Although both companies share the same network Koodo supports more features like VoLTE and faster data speeds and Public offers better pricing.

Telus, Koodo, Public Mobile use the same network.  It is all about branding and features.  There are certain plan options that are only available with Telus or Koodo.  To choose what is best requires evaluating needs vs wants vs pricing.  If pricing is the key focus, this is the place to be.

@Marie555  they are both owned by Telus. With Public Mobile,  the prices would be cheaper especially with the reward system https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/reward-rules

The trade off would be in the slower data speed. PM is 4g LTE lte throttled to 3mbps, Koodo is unthrottled. 4g LTE.

I personally believe the better and cheaper plans are here and plus you can give your boyfriend a referral for $10 if he joined up and you get one dollar every month
