Missed my payment, and then did the charge my card option via *611 but the amount wont apply to my subscription - is there a work around?

I see that but for some reason Public didn’t calculate the tax so I’m owing $2 and won’t allow me to pay it I’ll have to wait for the regular payment option to come up I guess

login My Account and you should see a pop up with the button Pay and Resume services now.  Click that to make payment 

or you can use this link to load enough funds to resume services

Hey @Laurie76 

Log into your account, go to the payment section and see if the funds are in your account. Then you make the payment that way.
