I keep trying to use the app but it wants me to subscribe to a new phone plan how do I link my already existing account

it might be your account wasn't setup with your login. Ask PM to help. doubt you can use chatbot to open ticket without login. Message PM here

@totes_magotes83, have you tried clearing the data/cache for the Public Mobile app on your phone? For Android it's pretty easy, just go into your phones settings and look under Apps. For iPhone you'll need to uninstall the PM app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app and then log back in.
