I can't download the app on my phone.But I would like to register my account with my koodo number.I tried to resume my application but the only way seems by app. BUT I CAN'T download it.What can I do?I already pay for esim and package.

Not sure where my app store is registered.
That's the problem
Now I don't know how I can cancel the monthly payment from my card because I cannot access to my account as I cannot finish the registration

you must be in Canada to activate a Public Mobile account. I'm not sure if a vpn would work in your case...you'll have to research that.

Is there another way to access my account enter my phone number without the application through the site because I tried through the site but the only way directs me to download the application which I cannot download the application.
My phone says: this item is not available in your country
And I paid already for a esim

@Saraschiavi what was the error with the download?
Remember the app can be be downloaded from App Store that is registered to Canada
If you have an Android, the workaround is to download it from a trusted APK site
And if you are only activating with physical sim, you can also a friend to help with the download. Download the app on your friend's phone and complete the activation there
