My Geenie app won’t allow me to view my cameras when I’m using data. It only works on Wifi. It worked fine until I joined public mobile. Any suggestions?

I am experiencing the same thing! I have the cellular data on for Geeni app. I used to use Fido and it was no problem. I just tried with another phone on Fido and it worked perfectly, but with PM the data doesn’t load my Geeni live view!! Due to high loaded latency???

we saw similar post earlier, turns out it is just an app permission.  Please go to app info and make sure the data usage is allowed for the app

Hello @Moeber 

Go into your app settings and permissions. Sounds like the permission isn't set. Or, you may have data saving turned on.
