I installed the Public Mobile app on my Galaxy S10. I have created an account and just received my sim card. When I go to login after I enter my email and password, two orange dots appear on the page of my phone and nothing happens after that. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it didn't help. Help, please!

Try uninstall and reinstall
Or you can try install on another phone and complete the activation using the app on another phone

you can borrow someones cell to download the app to log in to your account and activate your plan. Once you have successfully activated, delete the app from friends cellphone.

Can you install the app again and check for any updates and update it.
Also check if your phone is on the latest Android version.
