I subscribed by a voture this month because my app got inactive due to late payment. My service and phone is active but the app is still inactive and I need it to subscribe next month. What is the problem?

Logging in online is less problematic but you can always try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it so you have the latest version. Also try and clear the pm app's cache before logging in so you get up to date account info.

HI @Afsaneh1 so, you used a voucher earlier but you still cannot login My Account? you don't really need the app, you can just use browser to login, use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and try
if that does not help, submit a ticket with CS agent and they can help with the login problem

Can you try logging in on a browser instead of the app? You can also use 611 to enter vouchers.
